(1) When any offence under this Act, other than that mentioned in sub-section (3) of Section 29, is committed, the concerned person may make a complaint to the concerned District Court.
(2) While making a complaint pursuant to sub-section (1), it shall have to be made within three months from the date of commission of such act.
